How fun! I love your list! I’m right there with you on 18 and 19 and 23!

  3. That is very cool! You are a very interesting person. A polyglot and studies arts. What?! That is good.

  4. Grimaldo says:

I’d like my daughter to be somehow like you, I’m the only one here at home pushing to teach them Spanish but it’s hard. And Toronto FC is the champion! Where so you currently live? Nice to meet you 😊

    • Karla says:

It may be hard but you have to let them know how important being connected to their roots and ancestry through the language is!

I think being able to speak and write more than one language makes you a better and well-rounded individual, it opens a world of opportunities and hey, you can help others but you need a common denominator right?

Go Toronto FC! I am so happy and proud of their historic season they had this year, especially after that heart-breaking loss last time.

Time makes things happen and we all become stronger and wiser right?

Pleasure to “e-meet” you too 🙂

  5. I can see you’re an open minded person, Karla. Great to find you’re everywhere and can’t be settled in one place 🙂 and you speak many languages (y)

    • Karla says:

      Thank you Edwin!

The world is meant to be explored, whether it is close to you or far away. I’m definitely not done going on adventures because life IS the biggest adventures right?

Yes, I’m fortunate to speak languages and that’s how you can connect and get to know other cultures, you find something in common and they will welcome you with open arms 🙂

I appreciate the time you took to stop by!

  6. Gibbs says:

I love your birth country, El Salvador. I have been there several times. Actually, I just love Latin America in general! I recently moved back to Canada after living in Costa Rica…still feeling the winter shock!

    • Karla says:

      That’s wonderful to read!

A lot of people get scared because of what they see on TV or hear from others but you know what? It’s not any better in North America where people legally have weapons (paranoia)

I lived close to the DMZ in South Korea which is the most heavily guarded border on the planet and never did I feel scared or lost sleep.

El Salvador has so many gorgeous places and the people are super friendly and welcoming. Don’t get me started with the food and drinks 😉

I absolutely love Costa Rica too! Where in Tiquicia did you live and why did you move back to the north pole?

If given a chance, I’d definitely spend the winters in either country. I think the cold is getting to me or hitting me hard, must be the age ha ha 🙂

Well, welcome back to the great white north!

Thank you for taking the time to visit 🙂
